1st Priority hourly rates range from $25 to $40 per hour for administrative tasks.
We are able to determine Pay-As-You-Go rates on a per project basis. Fees are based on the intricacy and length of the assignment. We would be pleased to provide an estimate for you at no cost.
We offer discounted rates to clients who retain our services on a monthly basis. Retainer fees are due at the beginning of each month. (Please note that unused retainer hours are not carried over.)

Exceeded hours will be billed at the hourly rate for the appropriate plan.
Last minute assignments requiring turnaround of less than 24 hours, weekend and/or holiday work are subject to a 25% premium above our usual rates.
Copying, postage, courier, long distance costs, etc. as per costs incurred and agreed to at contract signing.
We accept cash, cheque, money order or email money transfer.
A $40 service charge will apply to any NSF cheques.
Overdue invoices are subject to 2% interest charges per month.
